This is an awesome product. I am on the road to recovery from a back surgery that left me un able to walk. I am learning to walk all over again and balance is a big issue. I am unable to go to the gym, so this gives me a gym right in place where I am. If I loose my balance I just sit back down in my chair. This is awesome. It is very easy to use, it caught it on sale so the value is amazing.

I’m actually surprised how much I like this. I wasn’t sure at first but as I’m using it and figuring out how to do my regular exercises, it’s pretty great. Mine was used and didn’t come with any manual but you can Google exercises or look at pictures from related products. I do squats with 2 cables and the clip for more resistance or you can do it with the bar, deadlifts if you triple loop the cable, leg extensions with a cable attached to one board and ankle strap, and of course any curls/ presses.

This whole set is amazing especially during this pandemic. I get my workout in at home and it’s super easy to assemble. So many workouts can be done with all the things given to u. Amazing and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to workout without the worry of a gym or the possibility of contracting Covid from a gym. I love it!!!!
