Gym Equipment Suppliers | Fitness Equipment Suppliers | Gym Machine Suppliers
If you are searching for a gym equipment supplier, you are really asking one question: will the thing turn up, work, and be someone's problem if it does not. Here is what is worth checking, whoever you buy from.
Does the supplier actually hold what they list?
A listing is not stock. Plenty of sites, including ours, sell equipment that ships from a supplier rather than sitting in a warehouse behind the website. That is not a problem in itself, but it changes what a delivery estimate means. Ask what the dispatch time is, not just the delivery window, because the two get quoted as one number and they are not the same thing.
On this store, dispatch is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is a further 5 to 7 days across the UK.
What does delivery actually include?
For anything heavy this matters more than the price. A treadmill or a multi gym arrives as a large boxed item, and kerbside delivery means exactly that. Check whether the price includes getting it into the house, whether there is a charge for stairs, and who assembles it.
We deliver across the UK, free on orders over £75. Below that the available method is express delivery at £25. We do not currently offer an assembly service, so plan for the box arriving at the door.
What happens if you change your mind?
This is where suppliers differ most, and where the wording is worth reading rather than skimming. Buying online in the UK you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, on stock items, whatever a seller's own policy page says. What varies is who pays to send it back and what condition it has to be in.
Ours: the full 14 days applies to everything we sell, because nothing we sell is made to a customer's measurement. You cover the return postage, and the item needs to come back in a resaleable condition.
Is there a route to a person?
A contact form and nothing else is a warning sign on a large purchase. Look for an address, a company name and a reply that comes from somebody rather than a ticket number. If a supplier will not tell you who they are before you buy, that does not improve afterwards.
We are Home Fitness UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, and our details are on the contact page.
Commercial and bulk orders
If you are fitting out a gym, a studio or a workplace rather than a spare room, the questions change: lead times, quantity pricing, and whether anyone will still answer in a year. We quote on bulk orders through the wholesale page.
What we sell
Home gym equipment for domestic use: cardio machines, strength equipment and accessories. You can see the whole range on the shop page. We are not a commercial gym fit-out business and we do not carry commercial brands, which is worth knowing before you spend time here.
